Located in the South of the Champagne region, La Maison de Marie is only a few minutes away from the Lake of Der and its 77 km of shores, where you can swim (beaches) and practise any water sport from sailing to speedboat racing.

Here, there are no bubbles but thousands of birds like cranes, which offer the best show nature can give. A must see from October to March.

The paths through the wide oak forests, the cycle tracks or the tour of the half-timbered churches offer many opportunities to discover the region of the Lake of Der.
